Frame:
It is made out of MS flats, Angles, Plates Etc. Epoxy painting/powder coating and has cladding with necessary doors.

Polythene Roll:
Lay flat roll is loaded on pairs of rollers.

Guide Rollers:
Poly film passes over these guide rollers smoothly.

Film Release:
Roll is pulled to release the film as required.

Forming Collar:
The lay flat polythene is made into tube as it passes over forming collars.

Vertical Seal:
The overlap of the tube is sealed by impulse sealing technique to form tube around the milk filling pipe.

Bag pulling:
Two pairs of rollers are provided which pull the formed poly tube as per set required length of the bag.

Tank:
Overhead machine tank of 25 liters capacity is provided with overflow arrangement to maintain the fixed head to get good accuracy.

Filler:
The liquid filling valve is opened to fill required quantity of liquid into the pouch electro-magnetically.

Horizontal Seal:
Top of the filled pouch and bottom of the next pouch is horizontal sealed and cut using impulse sealing technique.

Pouch Tray:
The filled pouches are collected in the tray for further storage.

Drive:
Required motions are obtained from main cam shaft run by gear box powered by motor. No pneumatic/hydraulic systems required.

Cooling water:
As high heat is generated in horizontal and vertical sealers for sealing, both the jaws are provided with water cooling circulation facility.

Other Details:

• All milk contact parts are in stainless steel is 304-mat finish a cycle mechanic can maintain the machine easily as there are no difficult electronic/pneumatic systems.
• Due to its simplicity, maintenance is very easy- machines supplied in 1995 are working well after 20 years.

Net Weigher:
Ths the product is pre weighed in to the weigh-pan. The operator holdeempty pouch open under the dispense chute and presses the switch to doze this pre weighed product in to the bag.

Gross Weigher:
The operator holds the empty pouch open on the load-cell under the dispense chute and presses the switch to doze the product directly in to the bag. He releases the bag after few seconds as the bag becomes stable. The product stops at the final weight.

The filled pouches are top sealed on the sealer. Various machines have different weight range and different mode of operation.
